Pre-Booking Procedure
A training room may be requested for rental with or without computers.

This request must be communicated via e-mail, facsimile transmission or hand delivery at least one (1) week prior to the requested rental date.

Once the availability of the date(s) have been confirmed, other details should be provided regarding the preparation of Quotation:
- Room layout selection.
- Provision for coffee break(s).
- Type and quantity of equipment required
- Any other items needed.

Note:
Standard Daily Rental Period: 9am – 5pm. Should the requested duration of Daily Rental Period vary from the standard, please indicate the requested period.
